Updating Screen Firmware via MagicInfo

Here's a guide on how to check your Display's current Firmware version in MagicInfo and update it to the latest public build.

If you have a MagicInfo account with us, go to http://cms1.embeddigital.com:7001/MagicInfo/Login or http://cms2.embeddigital.com:7001/MagicInfo/Login and log in with your account information. If you don’t know your account information, contact us at support@embeddigital.com or +1-844-432-9696

The device firmware version is visible on the Device Info page:

To publish a firmware update, navigate to Device > Software Update > Register & Publish and select the firmware version you want to publish (disregard 'device model name'):

Choose the EDIT button and then select the appropriate screen model you plan to upload the firmware to:

Next Choose the PUBLISH button and check 'By Device Group':

Select the corresponding device / devices, press SAVE, and then press PUBLISH:
